  • JOB TITLE: Associate Attorney
  • LOCATION: Remote - (must reside in the greater tristate area with ability to appear in various counties in the downstate NY area)
  • TRAVEL REQUIRED:Court Related in designated counties
  • PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $120,000 (Experience considered)

As an Associate Attorney, you will:
  • Represent financial institutions in related court proceedings
  • Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rulesDraft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
What You Bring:
  • Licensed to practice law in New York
  • 3+ years of experience working in default servicing/evictions/collections preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • Candidates with multi-state licensure, admission to practice in federal/bankruptcy courts or collections experience a plus
