The Role
This is a full-scope civil litigation role with real responsibility and real independence. You will represent plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation mattersranging from contract and business disputes to personal injury and complex claimsmanaging cases through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts You will serve as lead or key counsel on your matters, managing cases from initial demand through resolutionwhether by motion, settlement, or trialand through appeal when appropriate.
Youll handle:

  • Depositions and witness preparation
  • Negotiation and mediation
  • Trial preparation and court appearances

Your work will span state and federal courts across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Youll be supported by a seasoned, accessible team that is invested in your successbut youll also be trusted to take ownership of your cases.

Active bar admission in Virginia or eligibility to waive in. Maryland and DC bar admission is a plus
