Job description

Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for an Associate Attorney to join a highly specialized litigation practice representing public safety personnel in administrative investigations and related litigation.

This onsite Pasadena opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–6 years of experience who is comfortable managing complex matters independently while working directly with clients in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from inception through resolution.
  • Represent clients in administrative investigations, disciplinary proceedings, Skelly hearings, civil service appeals, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Experience with administrative proceedings, motion practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex matters.

Compensation:

  • $150,000–$175,000 DOE plus bonus eligibility.

 

Salary Range: $150,000 to $175,000
