Role Description The Federal Civil Rights Associate Attorney will handle a full-time, on-site role based in Newport Beach, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include investigating civil rights claims, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and preparing legal memoranda. The attorney will meet with clients, provide legal advice, evaluate case merits, and assist in developing litigation strategies.
