$250,000 – $400,000+

A leading international law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Senior Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing domestic and international insurers in sophisticated insurance coverage disputes and complex coverage counseling matters.

Ideal Background

5+ years of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, or complex litigation experience

• Experience representing insurers in coverage litigation and coverage counseling matters

• Experience analyzing and interpreting a broad range of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, excess, professional liability, directors & officers, cyber, environmental, and other specialty lines

• Experience drafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, declination letters, and other coverage-related correspondence

• Experience handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation

• Experience litigating insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
