$260,000 – $435,000+

A premier international law firm is seeking an Antitrust Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing global corporations, private equity sponsors, and other sophisticated clients in complex antitrust and competition matters.

Ideal Background

3–6 years of antitrust, competition, or complex litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

• Experience advising clients on merger clearance, Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings, and other antitrust regulatory matters

• Experience counseling clients regarding antitrust compliance, distribution practices, joint ventures, pricing issues, and competitor collaborations

• Experience representing clients in government investigations, civil antitrust litigation, or regulatory proceedings is preferred

• Experience conducting antitrust due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions

• Familiarity with the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, and other competition laws

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage sophisticated matters while working directly with clients and regulatory agencies

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
