Job description

We are seeking a 2+ years experienced Associate Attorney to join the team. Practice Area: Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law. Manage an independent caseload, handle all phases of litigation, and gain broad courtroom and trial exposure in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and written discovery.

  • Manage an independent caseload from intake through resolution with supervision.

  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances.

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff.

  • Assist with trial preparation, trial proceedings, discovery, and overall case management.

Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with an active state bar license in good standing.

  • 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of personal injury, civil litigation, and/or criminal law.

  • Excellent legal research skills using Westlaw or similar platforms and exceptional legal writing ability.

  • Strong organizational, case management, and discovery experience; trial, deposition, and dispositive motion experience is a plus.
