Job description

We've partnered with a Law Firm who are actively seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience to join its growing Henderson, NV office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, direct client exposure, and significant responsibility within a collaborative and entrepreneurial legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and court filings

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis

  • Handle written discovery and participate in depositions

  • Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

  • Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy

  • Maintain case deadlines and organized case management practices

Qualifications

  • Active Nevada Bar admission required

  • 2-4 years of civil litigation experience

  • Strong legal writing and research abilities
