International Law Firm, with an office in Reno, Nevada, is in search of an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
JOB DUTIES:
• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, etc.
• E-Filing in various Local Courts and Venues
• Calendaring and scheduling of depositions, hearings, meetings, etc.
• Working with Attorneys, other support staff and clients
• Manage Client Billing
• Process mail, answer telephone calls and other administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in Nevada Law, preferably in the Reno area
• E-filing experience in both State and Federal
• Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure
• Be able to calendar all important dates
• Be extremely organized
• Able to follow through on what needs to be done
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
