Job Purpose and Impact
  • The Associate Application Developer - Food s a key contributor of the Digital Technology and Data team, working closely with Digital Marketers, Brand and Insights professionals. This role will be an active part of configuring and developing applications that align to our go-to-market strategies.

Key Accountabilities
  • APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Maintains routine application configurations to meet user and business requirements while supporting development of improvements to standard and basic application support processes and procedures.
  • APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Supports the execution of programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
  • USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Maintains effective communication channel with users and responds to standard and routine application support requests and needs.
  • APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts basic and less complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to help ensure configurations align with project goals.
  • INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Analyzes assigned incident tickets and user requests.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Performs supporting activities to assist with software vendors relationships and contracts.

Qualifications
  • No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas with a strong ability and desire to learn:
    • Marketing Automation including email, SMS, 1st party data capture, preference management, privacy, and consent
    • PXM/PIM in B2B2C or B2C
    • Performance Marketing including measurement strategy
