    We are looking for a skilled professional in the manufacturing industry responsible for creating and maintaining mechanical components used in various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery. They work with metals and other materials to produce parts that meet precise dimensions and tolerances.
     A Machinist produces precision parts and tools using manual and CNC machinery, ensuring all components meet exact specifications.Overview

    A Machinist is a skilled professional in the manufacturing industry responsible for creating and maintaining mechanical components used in various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and industrial machinery  They work with metals and other materials to produce parts that meet precise dimensions and tolerances.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and adjust machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment to produce parts 
    • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine specifications and machining processes 
    • Precision Measurement: Use instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect and verify the accuracy of finished parts
    • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity 
    • Quality Control: Monitor production processes, detect defects, and ensure all parts conform to required standards
