    All About You
    We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to support safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and advanced manufacturing controls. Working with minimal supervision, this role provides technical and diagnostic expertise across the brewery, including PLCs, motor controls, instrumentation, electronics, and industrial networks, while performing preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and complex electrical repairs to ensure continuous, compliant, and high-performing production and facility operations.
    Requirements
    • Associates Degree in related field
    • 3-5 years industrial or commercial electrical experience, including: Conduit bending, installation, and routing (EMT, RMC, PVC, etc.)
    • Pulling, terminating, troubleshooting, and installing wiring in industrial environments
    • Strong knowledge of NEC standards and industrial safety practices.
    • Ability to read electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
    • Proficiency with electrical tools and test equipment.

    Responsibilities
    • Maintain full compliance with all electrical and safety standards-including NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and internal facility procedures-to ensure a safe, reliable, and regulation-aligned work environment.
    • Ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems by verifying equipment is properly de-energized, grounded, and prepared for maintenance or troubleshooting
    • Conduct comprehensive inspections of electrical distribution systems, lighting infrastructure, and emergency power systems to ensure they operate safely andefficiently
    • Install Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 480 VAC-including panels, breakers, conduit, wiring, transformers, and motors-with a high level of technical precision, ensuring safe operation, code compliance, and long-term system reliability.
    • Diagnose electrical system issues by expertly utilizing multimeters, meggers, circuit analyzers, and other advanced diagnostic instruments to pinpoint faults, validate system integrity, and support safe, efficient restoration of equipment functionality
    • Interpret and analyze complex technical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams with a high degree of accuracy, transforming design intent into actionable guidance that supports safe, compliant, and efficient equipment installation and system integration
    • Lead and support contractors, engineers, and operations personnel in the planning and execution of equipment installations, enabling efficient implementation, minimizing downtime, and strengthening overall system integrity.
    • Identifies electrical hazards through thorough system evaluations and apply expert judgment to recommend corrective actions that enhance safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect personnel and equipment from preventable risk.
    • Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and systems across the facility, providing technical direction and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
