Work Environment

This position is onsite at our outpatient office within the Bristol Assisted Living Center. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured schedule that supports work-life balance. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, nursing staff, and specialists, all dedicated to ensuring our residents receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents’ physical conditions through observation and evaluation.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific physical limitations and rehabilitation goals.
  • Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at enhancing mobility and functional capacity.
  • Regularly monitor and document residents' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
  • Provide education to residents and caregivers about exercises and home care techniques that promote long-term rehabilitation success.

  • Serve an average caseload of 7 patients per day, ensuring individualized attention and care for each resident.
