Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director

Director/Administrator to lead our dedicated team and oversee the overall operations of our assisted living facility. The Executive

Director will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, fostering a positive community, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compassionate professionals, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the facility, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
