As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable administrative support that keeps daily office operations accurate, organized, and responsive to internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Checking in/out customers for appointments
  • Coordinating calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Managing inbound/outbound correspondence (phone, email, mail)
  • Maintaining orderly files, records, and documentation
  • Drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Supporting meeting and event coordination
  • Handling general office tasks, including supplies and equipment tracking
