Are you a mission-driven Physician Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a rural community? At Klamath Health Partnership (KHP), we’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to the diverse population of Klamath Falls, Oregon.
KHP is a Federally Qualified Health Center and the second-largest healthcare provider in the Klamath Basin. We’re proud to serve those who need us most, with a team of over 50 healthcare professionals and 100+ support staff committed to health equity and community connection.
What You’ll Do as a Physician Assistant
As a Physician Assistant on our team, you’ll:
  • Provide direct patient care including preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries
  • Manage chronic conditions in consultation with supervising physicians
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging
  • Refer patients for specialty services not provided in-house
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve as a preceptor when needed
  • Uphold clinic safety standards and confidentiality protocols

What You Bring
  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and MSN
  • Current Oregon license to practice medicine, DEA registration, and CPR certification
  • Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
  • Sensitivity to culturally diverse populations

  • Clear from any State or Federal exclusion lists
