Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wellness Provider (NP or PA) with a strong passion for wellness and aesthetics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who values compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient connection.

  • Position: Wellness Provider (NP or PA)
  • Schedule: Part-time (to expand to full-time)
  • Location: Orange County, Yorba Linda, CA
  • Compensation:
    • Competitive hourly rate starting at $60+/hour, depending on experience
    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Six-figure earning potential

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in collaboration with a supervising physician, in compliance with California state regulations
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations, including medical history review and assessments
  • Provider services such as weight management (GLP-1 and medical weight loss therapies)
  • Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs) and review labs
  • Educate clients on general health and wellness
  • Document treatment plans and outcomes accurately in EMR

Performance Expectations

Success in this role is measured by patient safety, treatment quality, patient satisfaction, documentation accuracy, client retention, and participation in continuing education.


Qualifications

  • Current and active NP or PA license in the state of California
  • Minimum 2–3 years of wellness & weight management experience
  • Experience with peptides is a plus
  • Experience with men's and women's health is a plus
  • Excellent bedside manner with clear, confident communication and patient education skills
  • Experience with cosmetic injectables, microneedling, PRP, and vitamin IV therapy, is a plus (or willingness to learn)
  • Detail-oriented, safety-driven, and committed to ethical, patient-first care
