Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Business Development
  • Lead mid/long-term business planning (2025-2027) for LGES related logistics operations
  • Develop execution plans across multiple sites (Phoenix, Chicago, Canada, etc.)
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (yard expansion, shuttle operations, forwarding, etc.)
  • Support business unit strategy initiatives

2. Financial Modeling & Performance Management
  • Build and maintain financial models (Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, EBIT, CF ROI)
  • Support monthly/quarterly business performance reviews (MBR, CEO reporting)

3. Operations & Execution Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication with Ops, Finance, Engineering, and external vendors
  • Support implementation of new operational processes and system improvements

4. Project Management
  • Coordinate key projects (yard setup, equipment investment, process redesign, etc.)
  • Track progress against timelines, budget, and KPIs
  • Drive execution with strong ownership and accountability

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in strategy, FP&A, or logistics operations
  • Strong financial modeling skills (Excel-based, scenario analysis, ROI understanding)
  • Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments

Pay
The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$75,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
