Overview

MyPath is currently seeking a Digital Content Creator to join our team!

The Digital Content Creator is responsible for capturing, creating, and producing compelling visual + digital content that showcases the people, programs, and impact of our MyPath operating companies.

Through photography, videography, storytelling, and creative content development, this role supports:

  • Social media
  • Recruitment
  • Outreach
  • Brand awareness

Working closely with both operating company leadership and the Marketing team, the Digital Content Creator travels to program locations to capture authentic stories that engage prospective employees, referral partners, families, and the communities we serve.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Content Creation

  • Capture quality photography and video at community programs, schools, residential campuses, clinics, and events.
  • Produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, recruiting campaigns, and presentations.
  • Edit photos and videos into engaging, brand-aligned digital content.
  • Develop compelling visual stories that highlight Owners, clients (with appropriate permissions), and organizational impact.
  • Maintain a consistent library of photos, video, and digital assets.

Social Media Support

  • Create engaging multimedia content that supports the social media strategies of multiple operating companies.
  • Partner with marketing and communications to develop content for campaigns, awareness initiatives, recruitment, and community engagement.
  • Stay current on emerging social media trends, video formats, and content best practices.

Storytelling & Brand Support

  • Identify meaningful stories throughout the organization that reinforce our mission and culture.
  • Conduct informal interviews with Owners, leaders, and other parties to capture authentic experiences.
  • Support Owner branding through Owner spotlights, workplace culture content, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure all content reflects established brand standards while highlighting the unique identity of each operating company.

Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with leaders across multiple operating companies to identify content opportunities.
  • Coordinate content visits with program leaders while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on campaigns, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
  • Assist with event coverage, grand openings, community partnerships, and organizational celebrations.

Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain digital photo and video libraries.
  • Ensure proper file naming, tagging, storage, and accessibility.
  • Manage equipment and recommend technology improvements as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Required

  • 2+ years of proven experience creating professional digital content for organizations or brands
  • Experience with photography and videography
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent editing software)
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital content trends
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently between program locations across Wisconsin.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Multimedia, or related field. (Will consider related experience)
  • Experience creating healthcare, education, or human services content.
  • Experience with basic graphic design.

Schedule & Location:

  • Full Time, Generally 1st shift and Monday- Friday
  • Flexibility to capture content for evening events or weekend events as needed
  • Hybrid position
  • Must be based out of Southeastern Wisconsin

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Salary Range: $55,000 $65,000 Annually; based upon level of Education and years of experience
