What is an assistant web developer?

Assistant Web Developers are entry-level professionals who support the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications. They work under the supervision of senior developers, helping with coding, debugging, testing, and updating web content. Their responsibilities may also include troubleshooting website issues and ensuring that web pages function properly across different devices and browsers. This role is ideal for individuals who are building their technical skills and gaining experience in web development environments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an assistant web developer?

To thrive as an Assistant Web Developer, you need a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a relevant educational background or certification in web development or computer science. Familiarity with code editors, version control systems like Git, and popular frameworks such as React or Bootstrap is typically required.
