  • Identifies Supply Chain inefficiencies, performs root cause analysis, creates solutions including process improvement, reporting, and tools.
  • Present strategic and operational analysis along with recommendations to both department leadership and supervisors/planers who implement changes
What you'll do
  • Develop models and present using data visualization software and tools to increase operational performance around aircraft spare parts within operating budget
  • Design, create and monitor results from solutions that are implemented
  • Interact with other departments including Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, and Stores to understand business processes and areas for improvement
  • Develop presentations and present findings with recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis
  • Assist and support other team members and Business Analysts with complex queries, methods, and recommendations
  • Manage backlogs using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
  • Work with users to explain solutions and optimize user experience
  • Ability to extract/analyze large sets of data and make recommendations based on findings 
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline including Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research or other related field with 3 years related experience
  • 3 years job related experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience in airline: operations, supply chain, or analytics
  • Master’s degree in related field

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving 
  • Ability to shift priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in SQL, knowledge/basic experience of data processing/manipulation languages
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Data Lake
  • Experience with data visualization in Power Bi and Tableau
  • Excellent project management and organization skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software including Excel, Power Point, and Teams
