We sell direct to consumers, work with OEM clients, and have a robust dealer network that we strive to support every day. Our product lines range from machines and frames, all the way to rotary cutters. We put our employees and customers first.

The Role

We are looking for a Full Time, In-Person video editor for our production team at our West Jordan, UT building. You would be editing both longform (3-20 minutes) videos for events and YouTube and shortform (less than 3 minute) videos for social media (reels, tik tok, shorts etc.), ads and other video content. We need someone who can edit quickly while maintaining quality and can conform to the style of our current content. You will be provided with editing software and equipment at your workstation and will be expected to use Asana to track tasks and stay on top of assignments. This role would report to the Production Ops Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Edit 1-2 longform YouTube videos a week.
  • Edit 5-10 shortform social media/ad videos a week.
  • Edit other content as needed.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to obtain assets needed for videos and make sure videos follow style guides.
  • Learn about the world of quilting to ensure our content is accurate and accessible to viewers.

Requirements

  • Experience in video editing for marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and short-form editing software such as CapCut or similar.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to shape videos to tell the story we need.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of social platforms and their video needs: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Preferred Experience (Highly Valued but not required)

  • Hands-on experience with sewing, quilting, or crafting communities.
  • Familiarity with sewing machines, quilting frames, or DIY tutorials.
  • Passion for creative hobbies and the maker movement.
