Job description

Why TRC Talent Solutions?
At TRC, we donโ€™t just place you in a jobโ€”we partner with you to advance your career. We give you direct access to top-tier companies, dedicated recruiter support, and a streamlined hiring process. Whether you are looking for flexibility, growth, or a foot in the door with an industry leader, TRC ensures you are set up for success from day one.

The Opportunity
We are partnering with a newly promoted Sr. Director of Training who is currently working two jobs (Training & Procurement) and needs a highly proactive right-hand coordinator. You will act as a hybrid between an Executive Assistant and a Project Analyst. You will not be designing training from scratch; instead, you will bring organization to the department, track shifting priorities, and manage a massive upcoming LMS migration.

What You Will Do:

Executive Support & Organization: Provide calendar overviews, capture meeting minutes, and act as the central hub of information for a team consisting of 3 in-house directors and 7 contractors.

Project Tracking: Utilize Asana to build out project boards, develop tasks, track accountability, and ensure the team is aligned on deliverables.

LMS Migration Support: Assist in the administrative migration from their current LMS (LMS360) to a new platform (Absorb), while also managing the sunsetting of their Skillsoft content by October.

Event & Playbook Coordination: Help coordinate and capture information from a major Construction Leadership event in late August, which will be recorded to help build the new construction training playbook.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Support directors who are frequently traveling to field sites, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while they are on the road.

What You Bring:

Experience: "A good life under your belt" in the corporate world. You need 3+ years in a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Training Administrator role.

Tech Stack: Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Specific experience with Absorb, LMS360, or Skillsoft is a massive plus.

Organization: Proficiency in Asana (or similar task-management tools) and the Microsoft Office suite.

Adaptability: You are proactive, can handle shifting priorities, and excel at putting out fires. You are comfortable working with an easygoing but highly busy manager who needs you to keep the team on the same page.

Note: Data center experience is NOT required.

About Our Client
You will be joining a premier, rapidly scaling leader in the mission-critical digital infrastructure space. They are currently experiencing exponential growth, splitting their services division, and looking at a new space in Midtown Atlanta. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the foundation of a newly aligned training department in a highly stable, future-proof industry.
