  • 1. Deliver High-Performance Trailers That Scale Our IPOwn the full post-production process for trailers and teasers, shaping raw footage into bold, platform-first edits that drive retention, engagement, and cultural relevance
  • Build smart, emotionally resonant narratives from interviews, soundbites, music, and motion optimised for YouTube, Reels, and TikTok
  • Consistently create trailers that drive clear growth metrics across watch-through rate, shares, average view duration, and subscriber lift
  • 2. Lead with Data-Informed Storytelling
  • Use performance data to optimise pacing, structure, and creative emphasis
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Strategy teams to interpret insights and apply learnings to future edits
  • Develop instinct and discipline around which storytelling choices drive performance and back those instincts with evidence
  • 3. Build and Execute AI-Integrated Editing Workflows
