As an Executive Assistant within PNC's Regional President organization, you will be based in Scranton PA.

Job Description
  • Performs a broad, diverse, highly professional set of administrative support functions for the Regional President (RP) and Client and Community Relations (CCR) team. Takes ownership of calendar management, including advance planning, adjusting calendars to address urgent requests, and managing incoming calendar invites and emails. Applies appropriate judgment and determines when to seek input directly from the executives and/or team being supported.
  • Under limited direction, supports team and leadership meetings as they engage with both internal stakeholders and external clients. This includes both in-person and virtual meeting coordination and logistics, such as ensuring technology availability, accessibility, slide sharing, agenda distribution, as well as assisting with notes and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinates all travel arrangements expeditiously, accurately and in a cost-effective manner. Manages all aspects of a complete itinerary (meeting times, special events, socials, dinners), transportation logistics and required travel documents. Effectively manages expense reports to ensure timely submission, inclusion of all required detail and complete accuracy.
  • Participates in volunteerism efforts and client events. This involves interactions with employees and executive leadership at both the market and enterprise levels. Provides support in areas related to events, foundation grants, reporting, administration of market's PNC-owned tickets for client entertainment, and market calendars.
  • Independently completes additional projects and special assignments that could include tactical execution items in support of day-to-day operations, professional presentations, information gathering, on-boarding, budget/process planning, and following-up on key decisions while ensuring absolute confidentiality of all sensitive information and communications.
