Job description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Remote Virtual Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of residential rental properties. This role will be responsible for assisting with leasing, tenant communication, rent collections, maintenance coordination, and other administrative property management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text, and highly proficient with computers and online property management systems. The successful candidate will be professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Placement
  • Respond to prospective tenant inquiries by phone, email, and text.
  • Coordinate and conduct virtual or in-person property showings as applicable.
  • Pre-qualify prospective tenants and assist with the application process.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective residents.
  • Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination.
  • Maintain accurate leasing and tenant records.
Customer Service & Tenant Relations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants.
  • Answer tenant questions and resolve routine issues professionally and promptly.
  • Communicate with tenants in both English and Spanish.
  • Handle tenant complaints, requests, and general property-related concerns.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents.
Rent Collections & Account Management

Administrative & Property Management Duties
  • Maintain accurate tenant, property, lease, and vendor records.
  • Enter and update information in property management software and other online systems.
  • Manage email correspondence, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Assist with property inspections and documentation when needed.
  • Coordinate with owners, vendors, contractors, and other team members.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates regarding property activity.
  • Assist with other property management and administrative duties as assigned.
