We’re seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team! This leadership role plays a vital part in ensuring quality resident care, staff support, and regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires dependability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to multitask and collaborate in a dynamic environment.


Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

  • Support Staffing Needs: Step in to assist floor staffing when needed

  • Oversee Resident Care: Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs

  • Manage Nursing Staff: Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs

  • Ensure Accurate Documentation: Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records

  • Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans

  • Support Staff Resources: Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources

  • Uphold Infection Control: Conduct assessments and implement effective infection control measures
