The individual will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role involves supporting the Director in managing staff, maintaining compliance with licensing requirements and fostering positive relationships with parents and the community.

Assistant Director in Training Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School
    • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
    • Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
  2. Staff Management:
    • Support the recruitment, training and supervision of staff
