We have an exciting opportunity as a Case Manager.
In this role, you will provide support to empower adults with physical disabilities to act as employers of their own personal care attendants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process documents to establish participants as an employer of personal care attendants
  • Provide participants with HR-type support to help them manage their personal attendants
  • Train the participant in compliance & guidelines.
  • Assist participants in recruiting and screening personal care attendant applicants
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree minimum
  • 3+ years experience in case management and community-based work preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll, human resource, or fiscal management preferred.
  • Reliable car required for field work.
  • Delaware residency required.
  • Home-visits required. Possible travel may include 3-6 hours in a work day.

This position is based out of Wilmington,DE.

The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500 to $60,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
