We are seeking a an Assistant to the Principal Architect. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, project management, and a passion for architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Work along side the Architect coordinating and managing the day to operations for each projects
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Manage all timelines for the projects, including agency review process through permit issuance, specifications and contracts for bidding processes.
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's portfolio of projects.
