Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Restoration Helper to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pool maintenance and repair, with a background in pointing, cleaning, caulking, and pressure washing. This role plays a critical part in assisting with the restoration and resurfacing of residential and commercial pools, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with pool surface restoration, including tile repair, surface prep, and finish applications.

Perform precise pointing of pool tiles, stone, and coping to ensure long-lasting joints and structural integrity.

Clean pool surfaces, tiles, and surrounding areas using industrial-grade tools and chemicals.

Apply caulking to expansion joints, coping, and other necessary areas to prevent water intrusion and damage.

Operate pressure washer to remove dirt, algae, old coatings, and debris from pool surfaces.

Prepare job sites by setting up tools, mixing materials, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Vinyl Liner Experience preferred

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols.

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors about job progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pool restoration or related trades (pointing, cleaning, caulking, pressure washing).
