POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Summary
The Assistant Vice President of Culinary Experience will focus on the strategic development and enhancement of the culinary experience across the company. The AVP-Culinary Experience will work to innovate and elevate the culinary services and offerings, ensuring they align with the company's vision and customer expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Leads as directed by the SVP of Customer Experience, a focused and consistent execution of Trilogy Service Standards and dining objectives.
• Leads the strategic development of culinary experiences, focusing on innovation and excellence.
• Oversees major initiatives such as the test kitchen, culinary academy, food truck projects, flavorful balance menu, dining room service, meal service, and ordering guide, along with any other significant projects that will continue to elevate the culinary experience at Trilogy Health Services and establish our unique culinary differentiator.
• Drives culinary innovation by exploring new trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure the culinary experience aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Enhances the customer experience by developing and implementing high-quality culinary offerings.
• Develops and implement training programs for culinary staff to ensure high standards of service.
• Ensures that all culinary experiences are consistent with the company's brand and values.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of culinary initiatives.
• Completes reports, summaries and reviews as requested.
• Organizes, authors and completes the Dining Service Update and other communication items as needed.
• Develops specialized menu selections focused on health and wellness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
