About the job Customer Representative - Travel
We're a remote travel team hiring a Customer Representative - Travel to support our clients with their travel needs from first inquiry through final booking and beyond.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, answering questions, managing bookings, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently professional and helpful experience. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and full training provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities
