Responsibilities:
 ·         Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, fire clean up in residential and commercial properties following established safety and cleaning protocols.
·         Set up and maintain containment barriers, negative air machines, and dehumidifiers.
·         Remove and dispose of materials (e.g., drywall, insulation, flooring) properly.
·         Clean and disinfect affected areas using approved antimicrobial solutions and equipment.
·         Operate restoration equipment such as air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, and moisture meters.

Qualifications:
·         Valid driver’s license 
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
