Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.

C Squared Systems, LLC is currently seeking an Associate Technician to join our team. This Full- Time position will work alongside engineers, assisting with maintenance and equipment upkeep. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and can work in a fast-paced environment during third shift hours and a desire to grow as a part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist a team of Engineers and Technicians with various tasks.
  • Ability to be in the field 90% of the time.
  • Travel outside the Maryland region is expected when needed.
  • Perform routine cleaning of specialized equipment.
  • Navigate to and from job sites via the use of a company provided vehicle.
  • Provide/send a written update at the culmination of each shift.
  • Track and account for the usage of all materials throughout shift.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • Ability to follow verbal directions.
  • Organized and able to follow a schedule.
  • Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
  • Able to adapt to changing scheduled or routines.
  • Previous maintenance experience and equipment knowledge preferred; training will be provided.
  • High School or Equivalent (Preferred) with strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must have steel toed boots.
  • Must be able to work from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am Sunday - Friday
    1. 10:30pm Sunday night to 6:30am Monday morning
    2. 10:30pm Monday night to 6:30am Tuesday morning
    3. 10:30pm Tuesday night to 6:30am Wednesday morning
    4. 10:30pm Wednesday night to 6:30am Thursday morning
    5. 10:30pm Thursday night to 6:30am Friday morning
  • Ability to be on-call during the weekends on a rotational basis
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.
