BruckEdwards, Inc. is seeking a skilled Associate PACS Technician to provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for PACS environments. This role focuses on system monitoring, customer support, and processing service requests within a federal security environment. This role includes local travel within Washington, DC, and Maryland to support multiple client sites and requires technical experience across both physical security hardware and PACS software platforms.

Requirements:


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to and process Service Request Orders (SROs) through government systems
  • Provide day-to-day support to customers, COR, and Program Manager
  • Maintain PACS databases and system records
  • Assist in the preparation of:
  • Weekly status reports
  • Contract deliverables
  • Communicate system updates, maintenance activities, outages, and issues to stakeholders
  • Support PACS system administration and ongoing maintenance activities

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting PACS or related security technologies
  • Working knowledge of:
  • PACS administration and operations
  • Windows-based environments
  • Strong communication and customer support skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Systems Engineer ICAM PACS (CSEIP)
  • Lenel Certified Associate (LCA)
  • Lenel Certified Professional (LCP)
  • Familiarity with Lenel or similar PACS platforms
  • Experience within FISMA-compliant environments
  • Understanding of PACS installation, configuration, and programming
