Job description

Wireless Technology Access Development Coordinator

This key contributor will be responsible for the facilitation of multiple Wireless Technology Access development initiatives involving Wi-Fi and Software Development initiatives under Wireless Technologies Engineering organization. You will provide coordination and tracking of both business sponsored and internal Engineering initiatives. This role facilitates the orchestration related to the project communication, coordination, vendor management, and assist in identifying opportunities for improvements necessary to develop and deliver superior products to our customers. This role focuses on ensuring project deliverables are met within project timelines through Project Management tools and creates executive management presentations for project status, challenges, and milestones. You will work closely with technical leads within multiple organizations and technology domains, vendors, and leadership to report, communicate, and deploy new services and technology to our customers.

Essential Functions of the Position

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Manages complex projects within Wireless Technology Wi-Fi access development team.

Provides input on system architectural designs and provide trade-offs for different solutions.

Develops and documents project requirements, scope of project, and solicits approval from stakeholders

Prepares and manages to project plans, schedules, dependencies and prioritizes work various streams

Work closely with peer Project and Program Managers to drive strategic alignment to overall project goals.

Tracks program deliverables and enforces policy for proper documentation, system, and tools conformance Communicates to both internal and external stakeholder’s status of development initiatives. Provides vendor coordination and management for Engineering support initiatives

Establishes, joins and participates in project related conference calls and meetings

Creates and publishes meeting minutes for communication to management and engineers.

Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
