Job description

Position:ย Technical Project Manager

Compensation:ย $60 - $70 /hour, depending on experience

Location:ย Castle Rock, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilledย Technical Project Managerย to join their team!

Join a dynamic telecom organization focused on fiber infrastructure, engineering operations, and network deployment projects. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role due to a gap in end-to-end project ownership across engineering and operations. You'll be instrumental in providing structure, direction, and execution oversight while building processes where they currently lack. This is a chance to make a significant impact from day one in a collaborative environment transitioning to remote work by Q1 2027.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage fiber and telecom infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
  • Coordinate engineering, operations, service delivery, network architecture, and field teams
  • Track timelines, milestones, reporting, documentation, spreadsheets, and project deliverables
  • Build SOPs, workflows, and operational processes where structure is lacking
  • Support technical delivery, fiber installs, operational handoffs, and deployment execution
  • React quickly to operational issues and shifting priorities as projects move forward

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3โ€“7 years of project management experience in telecommunications, broadband, or related fields
  • Strong fiber/telecom infrastructure background (FTTH / broadband / network deployment experience)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects across engineering and operations
  • Ability to interface with engineering and operations teams and navigate technical conversations
  • Experience developing processes, workflows, SOPs, and operational documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Mid-sized company experience is a huge advantage
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment
