Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee the lifecycle of critical IT initiatives, ensuring operational discipline and executive visibility across high-impact programs while managing scope, schedule, and resources.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex IT and security initiatives
โ€ข Owning full lifecycle delivery from intake through deployment and post-launch stabilization
โ€ข Proactively identifying delivery risks, system bottlenecks, and security remediation gaps; maintaining a clear โ€œsingle source of truthโ€ for mitigation plans
โ€ข Coordinating change management and workforce communications to drive adoption of new systems and processes
โ€ข Acting as the primary liaison across System Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Service Desk, and Security/GRC teams
โ€ข Facilitating priority alignment with department leaders to ensure execution supports C-suite objectives
โ€ข Managing vendor and SaaS procurement cycles in partnership with stakeholders
โ€ข Implementing and refining Agile governance processes, including standardized Jira structures for Initiatives, Epics, and Tasks
โ€ข Providing executive-ready dashboards and reporting for the CTO and senior leadership, highlighting critical path items and value capture metrics
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or security programs in high-growth environments
โ€ข Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with experience designing structured boards that support both granular execution and executive reporting
โ€ข Strong technical foundation in at least two core areas such as cloud architecture (GCP/Azure), Zero Trust/Identity (Okta), secrets management (Vault), or enterprise systems (Oracle/Acumatica)
โ€ข Proven ability to translate technical blockers into concise, business-impact summaries for leadership
โ€ข Strong risk management instincts with a proactive, 'no surprises' operating style
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience operating within IT & Security organizations at infrastructure or AI-focused companies
โ€ข Experience formalizing Agile operating models across multi-functional teams
โ€ข Demonstrated success driving AI-enabled process transformation initiatives
โ€ข Background supporting global teams or infrastructure buildouts
