Their duties often include preparing tools, following instructions for installations or upgrades, and documenting work completed. Assistant Techs play a crucial role in ensuring operations run smoothly by assisting with both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. This role is common in industries such as healthcare, IT, manufacturing, and automotive.
