What you will be doing

  • Manage tickets and projects assigned to personal queue and follow InfiNet IT process and procedures.
  • Take the lead on projects and collaborate with clients to meet business timelines and objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize your schedule to ensure timely resolution of projects and tickets.
  • Engage with the Engineer team daily to keep alignment on goals, projects, and roadblocks.
  • Work closely with our Service Desk team to provide escalated support assistance and mentoring.
  • Work closely with our Account Managers to identify project opportunities and develop those opportunities into solutions.
  • Accurately log all time, detailed notes, and client communications into the ticketing system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolve technical tickets based on availability and expertise.
  • Management and administration of client environments using our secret sauce of remote management, security, and monitoring tools.
  • Scope, implement, and maintain complex network and server infrastructure projects.
  • Configure and deploy project hardware including servers, firewalls, switches, access points, security appliances.
  • Microsoft 365 support, administration, and migration services.
  • Respond to monitoring alerts and resolve network, server, security, and backup alarms.
  • Provide technical training and consultative services for clients and staff.
  • Tune into trends, share and uncover opportunities to make our clients' lives simpler.
  • Focus relentlessly on efficiency and security to constantly evaluate ways to improve our service delivery and to protect ourselves and our clients.
  • Assist with sales support to evaluate and make recommendations regarding new client environments.
  • Travel to client locations as needed.
  • Work with 3rdparties to implement, migrate, troubleshoot, and update line of business applications.
