Job description

Provide care and assistance to residents in assisted living facility by performing the following duties. Primarily responsible for providing personal care and assisted services according to the written and verbal direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. The LPN is responsible for administering and documenting medications. Monitor scheduled resident administration of medications, following the guidelines of the Medication Charting/Policy procedure. Document care and assistance given on a daily basis to clients and assist supervisor with service plan and related documentation.
