It's measured by how well the project flows.RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Field ExecutionSupport daily operations alongside the Superintendent.Walk the project continuously to identify deficiencies, safety concerns, and roadblocks before they impact production.Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and craftsmanship.Coordinate inspections and maintain accurate field documentation.Assist with punch list and closeout activities.Operational ExcellenceLead daily huddles and foreman meetings.Help maintain zone control and predictable workflow across the project.Track observations, handoffs, and roadblocks.Keep project information current and visible.Reinforce consistent execution of UrbanCore's field processes every day.Site LogisticsCoordinate material deliveries with vendors and trade partners.Ensure materials are properly staged, protected, and available when crews need them.Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite.Support implementation of the site's logistics plan.Safety LeadershipSafety isn't someone else's responsibility.
