StretchLab is one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S., specializing in one-on-one assisted stretching. We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our studio team and support our members' wellness journey.
Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales through outreach, lead management, and in-studio conversions
  • Support sales staff with coaching, feedback, and accountability
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Foster local community relationships and business-to-business collaborations
  • Help manage team morale, schedules, and day-to-day studio operations
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when Studio Manager is unavailable
