About the Role:

The Assistant Studio Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall operations and management of the studio to ensure a seamless and productive environment. This position is responsible for assisting in coordinating daily activities, managing staff schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service and studio presentation. The Assistant Studio Manager works closely with the Studio Manager to implement policies, oversee inventory and equipment maintenance, and contribute to strategic planning for studio growth. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere among team members. Ultimately, the Assistant Studio Manager helps drive operational excellence and enhances the client experience, contributing directly to the studio’s success and reputation within the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within a studio, retail, or service environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
