Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate – Steel Rule Cutting Dies

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Steel Rule Concepts, LLC is a manufacturer of precision steel rule cutting dies used in the packaging, printing, and converting industries. We are committed to quality craftsmanship, strategic solutions, and serving our customers. We provide hands-on training and opportunities to develop specialized skills in a unique manufacturing trade.
Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. No previous experience in steel rule cutting dies is required—we provide comprehensive, paid on-the-job training.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and building a long-term career in manufacturing. Employees will gain experience in die finishing and production processes with the opportunity to advance into a skilled Die Maker position as they develop their knowledge and abilities.
