What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of increasingly responsible executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written communication, editing, and business grammar skills, with the ability to prepare polished executive-level materials
  • Comfort working with basic financial, budget, expense, and reporting information

Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to make sound, independent decisions and exercise initiative with confidence
  • Solid understanding of corporate organization and structure
  • Experience using modern productivity tools, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate, to improve organization, communication, efficiency, and decision support in professional settings highly desired

What You Will Do at Cambia:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including drafting, editing, proofreading, formatting, and preparing routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials, and memoranda
  • Manage executive communications and stakeholder interactions, using sound judgment to prioritize requests, route inquiries, resolve routine matters, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Manage follow-up communications, records, scheduling, office coordination, and workflow organization, ensuring timely response, prioritization, and appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture key decisions and action items, distribute follow-up materials, and support executive, leadership, and Board-related meetings when applicable
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and compile expense reports
  • Support budget, expense, invoice, and operational reporting processes by preparing, organizing, and maintaining related information and records
  • Strategically manage executive calendars, leadership meeting cadence, travel logistics, and related arrangements, balancing priorities and anticipating scheduling needs
  • Draft and initiate correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentation materials on behalf of or in support of the executive, using appropriate tone, discretion, and context
  • Coordinate special projects and executive priorities, including meetings, conferences, events, presentations, reports, research, data compilation, and follow-up tracking; partner with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate as a member of the Administrative and Executive Assistant team, working in concert with supported executives
  • Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
  • Oregon and Washington: The expected hiring range is $62,900 - $85,100, the full salary range is $59,000 - $97,000 and the bonus target is 5%
