Role: Solar Sales Closer (Self-Gen / High Commission)

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Sales Closer to join our Oregon team. The Sales Closer will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions directly to homeowners through door-to-door canvassing in the state of Oregon. The Solar Sales Closer plays a critical role in generating high-quality leads, engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling their own appointments. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, goal-driven, passionate about renewable energy, and maintain a high level of ethical standards and professionalism in all customer dealings. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of a growing industry while making a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • DoortoDoor Canvassing Promote solar solutions in neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and raise awareness of the companyโ€™s services.
  • Qualify Prospective Customers Assess interest, eligibility, and gather relevant information to identify suitable leads for solar projects.
  • Generate Sales Appointments for your own direct sales pipeline and meet daily/weekly appointment targets.
  • Track and Report Activities Log customer interactions and appointments in the CRM; report daily results to management.
  • Provide Customer Service Build rapport, answer questions, and maintain a professional brand image in all customer interactions.
  • Work Independently and with Team Work autonomously and collaborate with Sales Consultants to meet team goals.
  • Stay Informed on Products Keep up to date with solar offerings to answer customer inquiries accurately.
  • Follow Safety and Compliance Standards Adhere to company guidelines and local regulations, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Attend inperson & virtual weekly sales training
  • Office Location: 812 McClaine Street, Silverton, OR

    Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in doortodoor sales, marketing, or canvassing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to be coachable, work independently, meet targets, and maintain a positive, resultdriven attitude.
  • Resilient and able to stay motivated despite facing rejection or challenges during canvassing.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer schedules and optimize canvassing opportunities.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Compensation: Commission only (uncapped commission)

    Commission Earnings Potential: $70,000.00 -$200,000.00 per year
