About the Role

As a Developer Intern, you'll work closely with experienced developers and product team members to contribute to real product features. Throughout your internship, you'll contribute to meaningful projects while learning modern development practices, tools, and workflows. You'll be supported by mentors who will help you develop both your technical abilities and professional skills.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software features.
  • Use GenAI tools to help plan, generate, and test code.
  • Pair-program with senior developers and participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
  • Write and maintain automated tests with guidance from team members.
  • Help investigate, reproduce, and resolve bugs under supervision.
  • Participate in team rituals such as standups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Learn and apply modern development practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Demonstrated interest in AI tools, with a proactive mindset toward integrating them into day-to-day work to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Demonstrated high-achiever mindset, shown through one or more of the following: academic distinctions (Dean's List, Honours, 3.7+ GPA), leadership in a club or student organization (President, VP, or Exec), or exceptional accomplishment in a sport, hobby, or passion project.
  • Interest in learning development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
