The Enrollment Operations Coordinator is a mission-critical role responsible for the functional management and strategic optimization of Slate (Technolutions) CRM. This position bridges the gap between technical operations and enrollment strategy by managing the undergraduate communication funnel, application processing, and data integrity. The ideal candidate will be a Slate power user capable of building complex queries, automating communication workflows, and designing engaging digital touchpoints that support our undergraduate recruitment and yield goals.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Architecture & System Management
  • System Configuration: Configure and maintain Slate operations, including Reader bins, application workflows, forms, events, and scheduler features.
  • Data Integrity & Audits: Ensure the highest level of database integrity by regularly auditing, deduplicating, and updating records.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot system errors and technical issues related to CRM processes; serve as a primary support resource for admissions staff.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about advancements in CRM technology and Slate-specific features; recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and impact.

Strategic Communications & Marketing Automation
  • Campaign Management: Lead the design and execution of all CRM-based communications, including email, SMS, and other channels. Ensure all outreach is accurate, timely, and aligned with the college's mission and vision.
  • Targeted Outreach: Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Operations and Director of Undergraduate Admission to develop targeted communication plans, segment audiences, and personalize outreach efforts.
  • Population Scoping: Build complex queries and population profiles to ensure communications reach the correct target demographics.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on communication performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-throughs, conversion); develop reports to assess effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Content & Automation: Maintain and update CRM communication templates, rules, populations, content blocks, and automated drip campaigns.

Recruitment Events & Operations
  • Digital Experience: Design and maintain institutional landing pages, inquiry forms, and registration portals for recruitment events (e.g., Raven Days, Presidential Scholars Competition, SOAR).
  • Event Logistics: Assist with the planning and execution of communication logistics for undergraduate recruitment travel and on-campus events.

Training & Professional Development
  • Internal Training: Train and support admissions staff on CRM communication tools, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Institutional Knowledge: Keep abreast of current college programs, academic policies, and admissions procedures.
  • Professional Growth: Actively participate in professional development, including conferences (e.g., Technolutions Summit) and regional training sessions.

Required Qualifications
