Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet families and conduct thorough intake and assessment consultations
  • Present personalized academic program recommendations clearly and empathetically
  • Guide families through enrollment, anticipating and addressing concerns with understanding and professionalism
  • Track consultations, enrollment outcomes, and next steps meticulously in the system
  • Represent Sylvan at community events and school outreach activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, communications, business, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in education, admissions, enrollment, counseling, social services, or consultative sales
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in family-facing consultations
  • Ability to handle objections with empathy and persistence while maintaining a warm demeanor
  • Organized, accountable, and motivated to own your results

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20 – $25 based on experience
  • Performance-based commission incentives
  • Part-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:30 PM, two Saturdays/month 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
