Overview:

As Director of Sales – Unified Communications & Security at TP-Link, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our converged communications and security solutions portfolio. This includes Unified Communications (UC), collaboration technologies, and integrated security/networking solutions under the Omada ecosystem.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise and channel segments, developing strategic customer and partner relationships, and building scalable go-to-market motions across IT, security, and infrastructure buyers.

This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong combination of enterprise sales leadership, solution selling expertise, and experience navigating complex IT and security ecosystems.

What Your Future Looks Like in This Role:

· Own the overall sales strategy and revenue performance for Unified Communications and Security solutions across assigned regions and customer segments.

· Drive growth of converged networking, UC, and security offerings within enterprise, mid-market, and channel ecosystems.

· Build and manage relationships with key enterprise customers, system integrators, MSPs, and strategic channel partners.

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position Omada solutions as integrated platforms for networking, collaboration, and security.

· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team (direct and/or matrixed depending on region structure).

· Identify and close large-scale enterprise and strategic opportunities involving multi-product solution stacks.

· Collaborate with marketing to design vertical-focused campaigns, demand generation programs, and partner enablement initiatives.

· Partner closely with product management and engineering to influence roadmap based on customer and market feedback.

· Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined sales execution across UC and security portfolios.

· Lead complex negotiations with enterprise customers and channel partners, ensuring long-term strategic alignment and profitability.

· Establish strong cross-functional alignment with operations, finance, and support teams to ensure delivery excellence.

· Analyze market trends across UC, cybersecurity, and networking convergence to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.

· Represent TP-Link at executive-level customer meetings, industry conferences, and strategic partner engagements.

Requirements

· 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, or channel leadership within Unified Communications, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related IT infrastructure markets.

· Proven track record of selling complex, multi-product solutions into enterprise and mid-market customers.

· Strong understanding of converged IT environments, including networking, collaboration platforms, and security architectures.

· Experience working with UC technologies (e.g., VoIP, collaboration platforms, conferencing solutions) and/or security infrastructure (e.g., network security, access control, surveillance ecosystems).

· Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth in competitive markets.

· Strong leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams or partner ecosystems.

· Deep experience in consultative and solution-based selling approaches.

· Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, engineering, and channel organizations.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Benefits

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000
You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan, which provides a target incentive opportunity equal to % of your total on-target earnings (OTE), reflecting a 75/25 base-to-variable compensation structure.
